I highly recommend working with Modern Art Construction Management. Zak is wonderful to work with. He listened to what I envisioned (large deck in the backyard with 2 sets of stairs), was very knowledgeable, and communicated promptly. I also greatly appreciated his artistic eye and detail-oriented nature - Zak clearly cares about the quality of the work. The team completed the project in the expected time frame, were very respectful, and the space was cleaned up impeccably! I am very satisfied with the results, and the pricing was very fair. Without hesitation, I would choose Modern Art Construction Management again for future projects.

Zakaria was fantastic to work with. The work and craftsmanship was excellent. He communicated clearly. He was reliable, always following through on his word. He met the timelines he outlined at the start of the project. Budgeting was fair. He is detail oriented, and had great suggestions throughout on the design. Having worked with several other contractors, Zakaria is the best of the best. I recommend him highly for any projects on your home!

Zacharia was communicative, polite, enthusiastic and oversaw all the work. The remodel of the bathroom and the other work (including carpet straightening and handrails) was done with high quality. Cleanup was very neat. Discussions continue for additional work because of the timeliness, quality and excellent communication. I am happy with the results.

Really pleased with the work done by Zak! He helped pull together the design and advised on all the parts. I’ll be referring him to anyone I know who needs a remodel and will go back to him for future work!

Zack did my basement and bathroom over. He’s like part of the family now lol always picks up the phone. Very helpful will do whatever you ask. Very clean. I have him working on another project. He’s gonna put a hot tub with tile the whole works. I’m gonna have him do my whole house over lol.

Very happy with the work by Zak. He did a great job installing a new ceramic tile backsplash, as I am remodeling my kitchen. Neat, quick and with attention to detail. He also helped me choose the best layout for my tiles and the color of the grout.
