I highly recommend working with Modern Art Construction Management. Zak is wonderful to work with. He listened to what I envisioned (large deck in the backyard with 2 sets of stairs), was very knowledgeable, and communicated promptly. I also greatly appreciated his artistic eye and detail-oriented nature - Zak clearly cares about the quality of the work. The team completed the project in the expected time frame, were very respectful, and the space was cleaned up impeccably! I am very satisfied with the results, and the pricing was very fair.
